The Barn
Host up to 200 guests in our newly constructed 3200 square foot pole barn. Enjoy cocktails on the surrounding patio area, or dance the night away under the string lights and chandeliers hung throughout the barn. Caterers love our new full kitchen and your guests will appreciate our ADA compliant entrances and restrooms. Our venue is split into a smaller front room and a larger room. You’ll have the option to reserve the front room for smaller events year-round, while the entire venue is only available May through October. We also include the use of our “She-Shed” to get ready. The Barn is an ideal option for couples looking for a romantic setting for their special day.
The Pavilion
Our open-air pavilion is the perfect option for those looking for a little more rustic charm. The Pavilion measures 32x28’ with an additional 16x11’ kitchen and buffet area—perfect for reunions, graduation and birthday parties, or bridal and baby showers. For weddings and larger events, you’ll have the option of setting up tents on the lawn. Your guests will love the sunset views and the summer breeze as they hit the dance floor!
The Gazebo
Overlooking the rolling hills of Northeastern Pennsylvania, The Gazebo is the perfect location for couples to say “I do!” Our white gazebo provides a beautiful backdrop for romantic photos on your wedding day. Gazebo use is included in the rental fee of both The Barn and The Pavilion.
About Parkhurst Rustic Events
Owners Jerry and Colleen Parkhurst have been known for hosting memorable events ever since their own wedding almost thirty-nine years ago! Their breathtaking 90-acre property, nestled in the hills of Northeastern Pennsylvania, has been in the family for four generations. Jerry and Colleen have been hosting gatherings at The Pavilion since it was constructed and held the first wedding there in 2015. In 2019, Jerry and Colleen decided to build The Barn, a beautiful pole barn and patio area dedicated to making wedding dreams come true. They would be honored to be a part of your special day!
